Returns & Exchange:
We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 5 days of your receipt. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser for return of defective merchandise.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days after you receive your order to be refunded to your original payment method minus shipping and handling costs.
All returns postmarked 7 business days after you receive your order are elegible for Xica Merchandise Credit only.
Merchandise credit is non-refundable.
Merchandise received after 10 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund. The items will be returned to sender.
All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition properly folded with all tags in place. Apparel which has been soiled (sweat - make-up - deodorant - hair), damaged, worn, used, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or in other than as received condition, will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued.
Items purchased anywhere other than XicaUSA.com are not acceptable.
Return or exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, for your security; we recommend you insure your package.

Refunds
As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. All our transactions are processed through PayPal.
Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping and handling prices are based on delivery to addresses in the United States only. Items are sent by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
